Global Beats is an independent, student-run organization that plans, organizes, and executes the largest international student nightlife events around the city of Rotterdam. The board changes annually and their tasks include organizing concept creation, venue booking, entertainment, promotion, marketing, and sales for each event. The board is responsible for the event itself: checking tickets, managing the crowd, and ensuring a unique experience.
