Sam and Leslie Lynch, Tennessee's BioTN Foundation changes lives through science in three ways: We start with our youth helping Tennesseans Learn and love science, we Grow our workforce with a focus on post-secondary education programs, and we help science entrepreneurs Build our science community through new business development. We are a non-profit 501c3 foundation formed to facilitate and inspire Tennessee children and adults to explore and be successful in the sciences, promoting science research, enabling the next, diverse crop of science worldchangers, and pushing the limits of what science is capable of. Our primary current efforts are focused around: 1. Partnering with STEM programs in Middle Tennessee and across the state to build our future science community 2. Growing our workforce through a series of educational and functional training and programs in secondary and post-secondary education 3. Closing the science ecosphere loop by providing a platform for entrepreneurial scientific growth that builds jobs for our future scientists
