Seventeen years ago, PAO was formed when its visionary founders shared a dream of creating a profession-leading firm dedicated to making the world a better place. While our official founding was in 2003, our founders had a distinguishable professional history dating back to more than 30 years. From the beginning, we integrated different professional disciplines to provide comprehensive services to clients. As we’ve grown, we’ve added other disciplines – interior design, real estate analysis and others. A key element in the successful growth of PAO has been the direct involvement of our principal designers in the firm’s projects. Each project has a responsible principal who is accountable for the successful completion of the work. Over the years we have expanded operations while responding to the various requests of our clients to cover a wide range of planning and architectural types and topologies, ranging from city planning and complexes' urban design to landscape of green corridors to design of commercial, industrial and cultural facilities to interior design of residential and office buildings. This diversity has become one of our core strengths, instilling within us the confidence to meet any planning and architectural challenge.
