Our acting supports and enhances citizen practices and encourages the creation and sustainability of collaborative networks for human development and the respect for diversity, targeting the future we want. We operate nationally and internationally in partnership with governments, companies and the third sector, developing processes and policies to positively transform people's lives and contribute to a more prosperous, inclusive and sustainable society. SOMA brings together creativity and project design experience, involving these actors in a collaborative and inclusive relationship. In this terms, our team has taken the sum's spirit in different environments and partnerships, described below: - Strategic Planning: to support creative initiatives and public managers' improvement, in the elaboration, implementation and governance of public policies. - Training: to create and implement methodologies contributing to professionals' training and facilitating processes for public policies and creative initiatives's innovative management. - Content and Communication: to elaborate and encourage content production, guidelines and communication strategies to promote publications, platforms, events, projects and campaigns with social transformation and digital responsibility objectives. - Regulation and Advocacy Advisory: to dialogue with public and private institutions interfacing creative projects and important guidelines for SOMA's mission, aiming to impact design and implementation of sectoral actions and public policies with local, national and global impacts. - Research and Mapping: to promote access to innovative tools for data collection and analysis, contribution to participatory mapping and development of impact assessment tools for actions, projects and programs.
