Lisa’s long standing career has provided her a well-rounded education and experience in various finance and construction issues. Lisa has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Economics from Empire State College. In her role as Business Manager oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Marketing, HR, contract reviews, insurance as well as business development. Owner & Project Executive - David leads business development, project estimation, management of construction projects, as well as oversees the business operations. He has worked on over $100 million in construction projects in a variety of roles including construction manager, general contractor, and subcontractor. David is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, where his service experiences led him to pursue construction management as a career. David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Alfred State College and recently completed his MBA at The University at Albany.
