Founded in 2008, Hale Resources, LLC has grown rapidly and continue to diversify into different industries. Currently, we are a real-estate development and property management company located in Bennington, VT. Our company manages over 130 apartments, made up of our own LLCs, and other private investors'. Along with property management, Hale Resources, LLC has been involved with the redevelopment of over 30 properties for private investors, not-for-profit companies, and our own investments. Outside the real estate industry, we own and oversee management of a Jon E. Suds Laundromat, located in Bennington, VT.
