Ready To Work Business Collaborative is a business-led nonpartisan organization that brings together employers who are interested in successfully hiring and retaining ready to work talent consisting of the long term unemployed, the under-employed, people with disabilities, veterans and opportunity youth. Our mission is to facilitate collaboration between employers, workforce intermediaries, and policy makers in helping individuals who are ready to work and thus grow the workforce, close the skills-gap and build our economy.
