During the COVID-19 pandemic, ZM Physio was set-up as a mobile physiotherapy service which also offers virtual telehealth. Offering an innovative mobile and virtual service was our niche at a time when social distancing restrictions were in-place to "flatten the curve". Our goal is to help our patients stay mobile and pain-free, at a time when most individuals are stuck working from home and have reduced ability to remain active. Whether its a tight and sore neck or upper back from sitting at the computer for too long, to strengthening that hamstring tear that occurred at touch football, or recovering from a surgery, we're here to get our patients back to full function and being better than ever. We take the time to understand the root of our patient’s problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatment. Assessment and diagnosis forms an integral part of our approach to treating the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This approach is fundamental to ensuring our patients’ long-term health and wellness.
