Fluid Consulting Inc. began with John Napier’s passion and desire to help aquatic facilities move to the next level of success. To achieve this, John focuses on management strategies and building teams that all share in the love of water. John has managed, or worked as part of a team, for 13 different facilities across the country and has 25 years of aquatics experience. Each unique facility had its own set of strengths and weaknesses. John celebrated successes and faced some great challenges. He knows from experience that we learn from both. In truth, challenges are the greatest opportunities for change and growth. Fluid Consulting Inc. was founded to ensure that collective expertise is shared to benefit all facilities in their common goal of the love of water. Fluid Consulting’s services focus on our clients’ most critical issues and opportunities: structure and organization, operations, policies and processes, sustainability, programming, management mentor-ship, team building, budget, and growth. We bring hands on expertise. We are known for our holistic approach and impartial perspective. We are aware that each facility and community is unique.
