High Octane Café & Bakery specializes in providing the highest quality baked goods and donuts in a modern upscale automotive themed environment. High Octane provides unique breakfast and lunch items – breakfast stuffed bagel buns and lunch stuffed pretzel buns. Unique cookie varieties include banana cream cookies, Oreo stuffed cookies, and hazelnut cream stuffed chocolate chip cookies to name a few. Custom and large orders are accepted with prior notice. The automotive theme came about by combining two of the owners’ passions – cars and food. Considering the proximity to the “Motor City” and the number of automotive enthusiasts in the area, it seemed liked a logical pairing. Cars & Coffee events are held onsite during the Spring to Fall months.
