Constructive Collaboration (CC) helps teams improve their collaborative performance so they can achieve better outcomes. We do this by providing dynamic, evidence-based solutions that enable project and programme teams to drive their collective self-improvement. The CC process has been developed with industry for industry. It combines digital tools with people processes to enable teams to measure and visualise the status of their collaborative environment. The process helps team to efficiently engage and then pinpoint and agree where and how they wish to improve and so deliver better outcomes. The CC process is deployed via a series of efficient workshops, and works in remote, hybrid and in-person environments. Teams are supported on a progressive journey as they work towards and maintain high performance. CC supports projects, programmes, organisations and alliances, and has been proven in construction and infrastructure as well as wider sectors such as digital and social value. It has delivered collaboration services to HS2, Network Rail, East West Railway Company, Belfast Transport Hub/Grand Central, Heathrow Airport, Anglian Water, Welsh Water, the Strategic Pipeline Alliance and the Social Value Portal. Supported project values range from £20m to £7.5bn (the total value of supported schemes exceeds £40bn).
