Consumers can also access articles and recipes from the platform. FoodFarmacy - A micro-supply chain management system that handles the administrative burden of sourcing fresh produce, accessing healthy prepared meals from local chefs, and providing home delivery to patients who qualify for assistance. This ecosystem aims to reduce patient readmission rates, improve community health and increase the local economy.
