Founded by Kevin Thomson and Ben Francis as a privately-owned, Brisbane-based development management company, FDMG was established to provide superior standards of delivery and the highest level of personal service and professionalism across all aspects of the development management process. FDMG has a proven track record of managing the successful delivery of a wide range of commercial and residential projects and has consistently achieved superior project outcomes while strengthening relationships with their valued and diverse range of clients. Drawing further upon their wide-ranging experience across the design, development and construction phases of various projects, Kevin and Ben were inspired to harness the skills acquired in managing and constructing projects for others to create unique and innovative developments of their own. Having successfully completed a number of residential projects independently, the pair determined to expand the FDMG brand, continuing their commitment to an absolute focus on quality, attention to detail and inspired design, always with a clear desire to ensure that a strong sense of place and connection is intrinsic in all of their project offerings.
