Incorporated in 1996 as NQ CAD, SEQ Steel Detailing underwent a company name change in 2013. SEQ Steel Detailing are a team of drafters specialising in providing detail drawings for use in the fabrication of structural steel. We are involved in projects located throughout Australia and overseas. SEQ Steel Detailing is a full service company that has been serving the steel fabrication industry since incorporation and operates from our commercial offices in Fortitude Valley owned by us. SEQ Steel Detailing produces detail drawings to the format recommended by the Australian Institute of Steel Construction and the relevant Australian Standards. We also have experience in overseas contracts using steel sections and construction standards from the country of origin. Structural steel workshop fabrication drawings are produced in both 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Prosteel/Prostructures compatible formats. Standard documentation includes: H.D. Bolts, Purlin/Girt schedules, Material & Bolt lists, Drawing Register, Detailed structural steel component drawings, plate, NC cutting data, 3D DWF model and cleat cutting lists.
