TJD&A is a professional landscape architecture and planning firm in Yarmouth, Maine. We are a group of creative designers and problem solvers that thrive on challenge. Over the past 21 years we have worked with municipalities, government agencies, homeowners, and commercial / industrial clients on a wide range of assignments: parks and recreation facilities, conservation subdivisions, open space planning, downtown redevelopment, context sensitive design, trail planning and design, and residential garden design. Our recent and current work includes visual Impact assessments of wind farms in Maine and West Virginia; municipal Design Standards for commercial development; master planning for the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences in East Boothbay; a long-range plan for Town Hill village in Bar Harbor; the Scenic Assessment Handbook for the Maine State Planning Office; the Master Plan for Unity College; and the first phase of construction at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay.
