The aim of the Centres is to provide players in Oxfordshire with a pathway and an opportunity. As the initial step on the Oxford United FC Academy Recruitment Pathway, the RTC looks to identify, support and develop players with potential. In addition to providing a pathway and opportunity for players. The RTC also offers additional coaching to those players looking to improve and challenges themselves. The Oxfordshire RTC's have two established centres; one in the North (Bicester) and one in the City (Oxford). All centres cater for players from Year 1 (Under 6) up to Year 11 (Under 16). As players enter the Youth Development Phase (Under 12 and above) we look to create dual-banded age groups that enter the Junior Premier League. Utilising high-class facilities, FA and UEFA qualified coaches we aim to provide players with an environment that they can flourish, progress and improve.
