ARK Associates was established in 2002 by William Liu and a number of talented architects and designers with an objective in providing unique signature design solutions that add value to our clients projects while at the same time meeting the project’s practical and market needs. The office has developed in size and experience with a diverse portfolio of works for major corporate clients with projects in Hong Kong, Macau and major cities in China. The works of ARK range from large-scale mixed use commercial and residential projects, to private villas, cultural and institutional projects to interior design. ARK has a major architectural section providing both pure architectural design services as well as full services where authorized persons and architect of record is required. ARK also has a strong interior section that provides a total design experience when combined with the architectural design by ARK. At the same time, the interior section provides an independent interior service for many clients seeking to create a unique interior experience to a project. The office is directed by William Liu and Lavinia Lau, both of who has over 20 years of experience in the field of design and architecture, together with a number of experienced associates. In 2010 ARK obtained the ISO 9001 accreditation for our Quality Management systems.
