Simple Laboratories is a CLIA-certified Chicago-based full diagnostic laboratory servicing patients across the country. We serve thousands of patients every day, conducting over 65,000 tests daily. We run lab tests to help diagnose, treat, and prevent numerous diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. We also perform clinical medical laboratory testing, including routine blood tests such as cholesterol, vitamin D testing and blood counts. We've joined the call to provide critical COVID-19 testing to the community. We conduct PCR (swab) and antibody testing with no out-of-pocket costs to patients. Uninsured individuals are also eligible for COVID-19 testing at no cost through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) program, which is administered through The Families First Coronavirus Response Act & CARES Act. We accept RT-PCR testing through saliva, nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal and anterior nares collection methods.
