Ross Drysdale is a lawyer with over 45 years of experience in the legal profession. He specializes in corporate, securities and business law, with a particular focus on private and public companies in the energy sector. Prior to moving to private practice in 1985, Mr. Drysdale spent over eight years working as legal counsel to two major oil and gas companies in Calgary, followed by 17 years with McCarthy Tetrault LLP as a partner, three years with Baker McKenzie LLP as a partner in Calgary and for the past twelve years he has conducted his own legal practice in Calgary. Mr. Drysdale has been a director and officer of a number of private and public companies over the past forty years. Mr. Drysdale currently advises entrepreneurial business clients on financings, corporate structuring and purchase and sale agreements.
