Madison Avenue Capital, LLC (“MAC”) was formed in July 2014 as a commercial real estate investment company.  Our primary efforts are focused on selectively acquiring  institutional grade, income producing net lease property.  As an all-cash investor, only standard contingencies are required. Prior to the formation of Madison Avenue Capital, we spent the past 25 years sourcing, acquiring and asset managing high quality real estate investments.  It is this long-term involvement that has uniquely positioned MAC to understand and adapt to the constantly changing capital markets; affording us the flexibility and ability to be creative and responsive. We act as principals only, investing with fully committed capital.
