The mission of Education PowerED is to generate culturally responsive solutions and resources to energize educators, empower students, and eradicate educational inequity. We facilitate professional development trainings to K-12 Educators and develop resources to aid in shifting classroom and school culture. Our approach to teacher education and resource development both center on the foundations of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). We have identified (3) Power Elements necessary to create a transformation school and classroom for students: 1. Culture Management 2. Authentic Engagement 3. Social Justice. Our VISION is to spark a revolution through Education that liberates our communities; wherever they may be.
