Puyvast Chartering BV, a leading service provider, was founded in 1991. Puyvast started their shipping activities in the field of the granite trade from India to the Continent. In later years similar activities direction Far East were started. The granite cargoes serve as basic cargoes within Puyvast Chartering BV, but steel-, mineral- general- and project cargoes are also fixed and carried from both east- and west- coast India. For this purpose vessels of 6.000 up to 35.000 mts deadweight are chartered on both short- and long-term contract. Long term time-charters are also employed in world wide trades. Through such operations Puyvast maintains close contacts with wellknown 1st class shipping companies, commodity trading houses and in- and export companies.
