Repeatedly winning the Governor’s award for Excellence in Affordable Housing, we are committed to advancing affordable housing as a vital need in New Jersey’s inner city areas. One of those awards was for Dr. King Plaza, a major downtown development in East Orange. We bring our core design principles to the affordable housing market, integrating exceptional design into the existing framework of communities, ultimately enhancing the market value and appeal of neighborhoods. As a full-service architectural as well as civil, mechanical and electrical engineering firm, Inglese holds close control of the various components of each project. This integrated structure results in seamless project management from design conception through construction completion.
