McArdle Meats is owned by Keith Shortt, a third generation butcher. McArdle Meats was established over 50 years ago in Dundalk, Co Louth. Keith started working for McArdle Meats at the tender age of sixteen and after three years working there the opportunity arose to purchase the business. In 2001, Keith armed with a wealth of experience and family recipes handed down through generations took over the Clanbrassil Street store located in Dundalk.
