Seating only 16 people per night, the dinners will be available by members reservation only. Wine list includes top rated Italian wine Querciabella, finest French organic wine legendary Sauterns Grand Cru Château Guiraud and star winery from France Domaine Singla, artisanal Chinese rice wine, and other Asian and European craft spirits and liqueurs. Expert-selected tea menu includes highly rare varieties such as Da Hong Pao and 50-year-old puer teas. A private bar will offer personal liquor cabinet for members’ own collections. Membership is currently by invitation only but will open up for applications in the future.
