The DP&L Group can be traced back to the Dundee Perth & London Shipping Company which was established 1826. While the Group is no longer involved in shipping it has retained its routes firmly established in Dundee, operating from its new state of the art headquarters in the Dunsinane Industrial Estate. The Group has diversified into a wide variety of activities which interestingly can all be traced back to its shipping heritage. The Group’s business divisions include: • Key Personnel (REC accredited) a temporary and permanent staffing agency supporting local Dundee and Angus businesses to meet their recruitment needs. • DP&L Travel, which is based both in Dundee and St Andrews, is a fully accredited (ATOL, ABTA, IATA) travel company, providing both corporate and leisure travel services. • DP&L Golf is our new golf tours business that launched in November 2015 focusing on brining golfing tourists into Scotland. • Allison & Stiven supplies industrial products, specialising in work wear, hose, lubricants, paints, paper and hygiene products, they also offer a comprehensive service in embroidery and work wear alterations. • Allison & Stiven Marquee is a marquee hire company, providing a range of marquees for all occasions. Allison Stiven Marquees (MUTA certified) also offers a bespoke service making and repairing marquees, coverings for lorries, boats and trailers as well as large floor coverings and much more.
