Jean is an AV-rated civil trial attorney with 20 years of experience in labor/employment law, education/school law, products and premises liability litigation, and commercial litigation. Jean represents public and private employers, management and businesses in connection with all labor and employment-related issues. The firm litigates wrongful termination, discrimination, and ERISA claims and Jean appears in both administrative agencies and court on unemployment benefit, wage and hour, and discrimination claims. She has handled labor contract negotiations, labor grievance arbitrations, and other issues under the NLRA.
