Haiti Polo Team is a championship-winning professional polo team, representing Team Captain Claude-Alix Bertrand's native Haiti with a positive and powerful image. The team plays regularly on the professional polo tour all season. Fresh off of championships at four major tournaments, the Haiti Polo Team, dedicates their wins and successes to Haiti. While the team currently practices in the San Francisco Bay Area, plans are underway to develop a complete polo resort on Haiti's southern coast, Cotes-de-Fer. Captain Bertrand is also Goodwill Ambassador and UNESCO Ambassador for Haiti. His passion for development and tourism in Haiti is reflected in the plans for Cotes-de-Fer, developed in coordination with the Haitian Ministry of Tourism.
