FairWays to Leadership is a non-profit organization bringing the leadership and networking benefits of golf to underrepresented communities. The program uses golf as an immersive learning environment for the purpose of teaching college students the importance of being adaptable, strategic, mindful, empowering, curious and acting with integrity. Our graduates are prepared to be leaders in advancing diversity of talent in the workplace, creating equitable business opportunities and achieving inclusion in business leadership.
