Our performance enhancement programs are designed for the pursuit of excellence in a chosen field of performance and are tailored to the individual. The elements of our programs are rooted in well-established research in the field of sport and performance psychology. Our programs are available online for individual females, and for individuals and teams, in-person, in Frisco, Texas. Colleen is a candidate for certification as a sport psychology consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
