Chip McAteer and Jeff Pietrak played baseball together for Lehigh University 20 years ago, and have been working together in the construction industry since that time. This long-lasting relationship provides the foundation for the organization. Chip was the CEO of a significant Philadelphia area based construction firm specializing in Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Industrial and Multi Family Projects. Prior to joining Elevate, he was the Executive VP of the Mid Atlantic Region for a East Coast Based firm focused in the Food and Beverage, Industrial, Senior Living and Academic Markets. Over the course of his career, his project experience has included projects up to $60 million in a variety of product types, but his collaborative approach to leadership, and focus on building high performance teams has been his mainstay. Jeff, most recently, was the head of operations for and East Coast Firm that completed work in the Food and Beverage, Industrial, Senior Living and Academic Marketplace. Prior to that, Jeff held roles from Project Engineer to Project Executive, and is known for his focus on details to ensure quality standards on a project are second to none. Also, his focus on automating project controls, has allowed his teams to work more efficiently, and enable them to focus their efforts on providing value to our clients.
