Kingery Manufacturing Service LLC
www.kingerymfg.comKingery Manufacturing Service, LLC has been producing precision machined parts and assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), in a diverse group of industries, since 1978. We work with all types of materials; in quantities from 1 to 1,000; manage secondary processes; and match our deliveries to our customers’ requirements. Our goal is to assist you in meeting your customers’ requirements. Founded in 1978 by Ray Kingery, we began producing turned, milled, and cut metal parts using manual saws, lathes and mills. As the company grew and technology advanced, KMS invested in CNC controlled saws, lathes and mills. Technology advancements in the equipment brought about a change in the employees at KMS. Today, we employ graduates of the Kirkwood Community College CNC Machining program. We build long-term partnerships with our customers. Our major customers consider KMS an extension of their production plant. Like any manufacturing cell, we produce parts according to a predetermined schedule, but also flex that schedule when the need requires initiating “rapid response mode” to fulfill an immediate need. Long-term relationships allow us to invest in equipment and technology. Recent investments include a rotary table adding a 4th axis to one of our vertical machining centers and upgrading to MasterCam X5 giving us the ability to import electronic part files to develop our CNC programs for more complex part profiles.
