Egyptian countryside development company is a shareholding company – instituted by the provisions of the investment guarantees and investment law no. 8 year 1997, its executive board and amendments by law 17 year 2015. Founded in 2015 for the purpose of “reclaiming & development project of 1.5 million feddans of desert land”. ECDC works in developing agricultural projects in various areas within the Arab republic of Egypt. ECDC provides marketing & investing solutions to these lands in addition to all relevant businesses associated with the project; including the division of lands and proposing it to investors, small farmer and youth for the rehabilitation, cultivation and development. As well as investment in industrial, service and tourism fields towards achieving integrated development. ECDC vision is to achieve an integrated and sustainable development through a sophisticated investment to company lands, developing regional communities to attract the Egyptian investors and other small farmers and youth for the living and working in it.
