Founded by award winning designer Andrew Slorance, a wheelchair user for 35 years following SCI. Prior to starting Phoenix Instinct Andrew had a long career in TV production before he designed the Carbon Black wheelchair. Phoenix Instinct is dedicated to creating innovative, life enhancing independence equipment. The first product Andrew designed for Phoenix Instinct is wheelchair luggage. Now a finalist in the Toyota Mobility Unlimited Challenge the company is developing the World’s first ultra light, intelligent wheelchair.
