Life Uncommon is a Strengths-Based program offering a comprehensive range of services for addressing both substance use and mental health disorders. We believe that addicts, alcoholics, and those struggling with mental health are extraordinary individuals possessing limitless potential. Our program has been developed to help those we serve harness and develop their strengths in order to sustain long term recovery following successful completion of treatment in residential, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient programs.
