In December 1995, Compuhosp was brought to life as the first Egyptian software company specified in developing hospitality systems. Why hospitality? We observed that hospitality services in Egypt, with their ultimate needs, require a better and deeper look from us, Egyptian software developers. Most of restaurants still operate manually. Some of them use less technology than they should use. Yet, hotels use foreign systems to satisfy their technological needs. In short, there was no real software development for hospitality field. This leads us to the answer of: "why we are the first".
