Founded by veteran restauranteur Tony Westmoreland, his wife Stephanie, and chef Cullen Kent, TANDEM's specialty is propping up struggling restaurants, re-opening closed institutions and opening stand-alone restaurant projects to assist in the rapid advancement of Downtown Memphis.
