Cogmed is an evidence-based program for improved attention. The training programme is shown to increase working memory, which enable longer and more focused periods of attention. More than 120 peer-reviewed studies that show Cogmed to be effective for reducing the negative effects of adhd, stroke, paediatric cancer treatment, and to increase the cognitive capacity in school children and adults.
