The Admiral Theatre Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization responsible for operating and preserving this historic landmark and newly-renovated performing arts center. Our mission is to enrich the local communities through arts, cultural education and entertainment. The Admiral Theatre Foundation completed a $1.2 million dollar renovation in the summer of 2017 in time for the theatre’s 75th anniversary. The renovation included installing a new Meyer Leopard Line Array speaker system and new digital sound consoles, a new grand curtain and balcony curtains, new carpeting, new main floor tables and seating, newly appointed main floor and mezzanine lobbies, and our iconic marquee received fresh paint, new light bulbs and neon, and new letters. The Admiral Theatre now welcomes more than 50,000 patrons annually to 110 diverse performances and community events. Upcoming shows and events are available on our website at admiraltheatre.org. Our "Stages for All Ages School Day Series" and "K-12 Ticket To Culture" programs provide 10,000 local school kids with subsidized and free tickets to attend educational and entertaining shows throughout the school year. Our annual season includes 60 professional shows, 50 community events, and an exciting two-week musical theatre summer camp for kids.
