Sustainability – The entire site was carefully designed with sustainability in mind, utilizing many sustainable development techniques and amenities, such as PV to offset the common area electrical usage and rain water harvesting for the gardens. We chose a high density method in order to preserve as much common space as possible, and have carefully selected materials that are sensitive to the environment.
