English Literacy Specialists Kaleidoprax specialises in optimising English communication channels in organisations. Accurate data collection informs efficient solution design. For this we use ELSA (English Literacy Skills Assessment), our standardised measure of the current skills levels together with document analysis and performance requirements. We then shape multi-tiered solutions to suit the needs of our clients. We accomplish this by comparing ideal skills levels for optimum performance with the real levels to identify the gaps.
