The School for Social Entrepreneurs Ireland (SSE Ireland) runs practical programmes for start-up social entrepreneurs. Launched in February 2014, we're part of the international School for Social Entrepreneurs network which operates across the UK and Australia and in Ontario Canada. Our first programme launched in April 2014 is the SSE Ireland Incubator. We currently have 27 start-up social entrepreneurs taking part from all around Ireland with ventures as diverse as Allison Robert's ethical bean-to-bar chocolate business in Clonakilty Co.Cork to Duncan Walker's social enterprise cafe employing people with intellectual disabilities in Walkinstown Co. Dublin.
