From humble beginnings and starting off as a small home office, the company known as Grosch Estates has grown its market share consistently in its chosen market segments and now own its own building and its head office is situated in Kuilsriver, Western Cape, South Africa with branches soon to be opened in the Northern and Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. On 01 May 2008, the business owners took a strategic decision to accept an offer made by the ERA International Real Estate Group to co-brand the business known as ERA Grosch. This decision was largely underscored by the Group’s vision to have a national and international footprint in the real estate industry. After 6 years with the ERA group, a decision was made to return to the Grosch brand. Going back to our roots would allow us to raise the level of our game and remain competitive in an ever changing market place.
