Canada's largest youth-run organization dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices! Our mission as an organization is to accompany the next generation of leaders throughout their journey to re_think the future of business where human and ecological well-being is at the centre of every decision. We do this by: 1) Re_imagining schools. We empower local student leaders and influence education “influencers” so that business & economics education integrate social & environmental sustainability throughout the curricula, 2) Re_purposing careers to help young people realize the existence and full potential of impact-driven careers, and 3) Re_modeling companies by empowering employees to advocate for internal change and by advancing public policies that promote regenerative and sustainable business practices. After three years of existence as the Canadian Business Youth Council for Sustainable Development, we have changed our name to Re_Generation to become more inclusive of all youth, not just business youth. We now have a team of 10 paid staff and 20 steering committee volunteers. We created Canada’s largest platform to empower youth in sustainability and social impact.
