Welcome to the portals of Army Institute of Education (AIE), Greater NOIDA. The Institute is one among the 12 prestigious professional education colleges in India managed by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), a purely non-profit welfare organisation registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1861 on April 29, 1983. Realizing the prominence of education as a major welfare activity, the Indian Army created the AWES with a vision to cater to the aspirations of wards of Army personnel through provision of quality and affordable education. AIE is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme. AIE is NAAC accredited and has obtained Grade ‘A’ by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi consecutively now for the fifth year and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Institute. The Institute shall commence B.Ed. Special Education (Learning Disability) programme from academic session 2019-20. The programme is recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi.
