Sadie’s Daughter, Inc. (the “Organization”) is organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. The Organization’s mission is to provide comprehensive programs to address the things that will help children who are at risk and in need of permanent connections due to being in foster care and spending time in the foster care system. The activities of the Organization include the provision of counseling services and goods to children in need in the Southwest Miami-Dade community. Counseling services include mentoring children in the foster care system. The goods provided include school supplies, school uniforms, clothing, hygienic products food and toys during the holidays. To ensure the children in the foster care system are prepared for school, the Organization will assemble backpacks with the necessary school supplies. The Organization will solicit donations from the general public to generate the supplies necessary to fill the backpacks. The Organization will host an annual Back To School party at which the backpacks filled with school supplies will be distributed to foster children in the Southwest Miami-Dade community. The Organization will also solicit donations of food and clothing and hygienic products to give to those in need. At Christmastime, the Organization will solicit donations of toys for underprivileged children.
