A2 Rheinland is a holding company for companies and research and development initiatives focused on the re-development of warehousing solutions, airport EBS systems and advanced baggage/cargo screening technology. We are primarily focused on the development of the next generation of robotic Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) that can be used as a primary base for pure automation across an entire distribution network. Our initial system in design is the Aurelia Project which is a robotic mini-load system capable of handling over 80 kg in horizontal and vertical movement axis. This allows the system to function in variable space footprints while maintaining high sortation and storage retrieval functions.
