Michael Paetzold Wine Services (Pty) Ltd is a leading wine services provider in South Africa by introducing new services such as Grape juice concentration, Thermoflash®, Alcohol adjustment, Lees filtration, Sparkling wine disgorging (MCC) and replying to the industry demand with VA removal, Cold stabilisation and Crossflow filtration, employing 25 people and a large fleet of vehicle on the road. It is the subsidiary of the French company Michael Paetzold Sarl. We design, build and provide oenotechnical solutions.
