It is the subsidiary of the French company Michael Paetzold Sarl. We design, build and provide oenotechnical solutions. MICHAEL PAETZOLD Made up of 150 people, our company specialises in physical processes (filtration, clarification, oxygen management, bottling, etc.) that respect wine. We work for 7,000 customers: estates, chateaux, cooperatives and négociants in Europe, the Americas and Africa. Our catalogue now contains 27 oenotechnical services, configured to each challenge and each winemaking requirement, plus 21 winemaking and environmental devices custom designed and built in our workshop. With this incomparable set of solutions, we can be useful throughout the wine cycle, from the vineyard to bottle ageing.
