The Gateway Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization administered by the Money Management Institute (MMI). Our objective is to welcome, prepare, and advance under-represented Black and Latino talent throughout the financial services industry. Through partnership programs, the foundation supports a variety of initiatives centered around financial literacy in the community, industry awareness/job readiness for university students and entry-level professionals, and professional development for mid-career professionals including program sponsorships in the financial services industry.
