Welcome to Intention, Center for Leadership & Coaching Intention is a network organization in which national and international professionals have entered into a partnership. Intention organizes and facilitates training and coaching and guides individuals, teams and organizations, both in the Netherlands and internationally. This can be aimed at personal or professional development or on change management. Leadership is the central theme of Intention. In addition, Intention focuses on her coach training programme Co Creatie . This training is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and leads to Certified Professional Leadership Coach. Intention offers a number of trainings for individuals and teams whom want to develop in (self)awareness. Two of these trainings are Leadership from the Heart and Mastery Leadership.
